¿ Qué contiene un recuerdo?

cuánto de realidad

cuánto de sensaciones

cuánto de experiencia

cuánto de ilusión

 
¿ y de hipnosis química?
 
Esta mañana me preguntaba
si un próximo café

tendría el mismo sabor

 
Qué hay de la carga emocional?
A mi entender,

impacta más

que el agregado de azúcar

 
Cada instante

irrepetible

ú n i c o

intransferible

 
Me quedo con la plenitud

del registro de ese momento,

p e r f e c t o

que, como tal, ya no vuelve

y si sucede,

aunque similar,

creará OTRO recuerdo

totalmente irremplazable

Cosa contiene un ricordo?

quanto di realtà

quanto di sensazioni

quanto di esperienza

e di ipnosi chimica?
 
Stamattina mi chiedevo
se un prossimo caffè

avrebbe lo stesso sapore

 
Cos’è del peso emotivo?
A mio avviso,

colpisce di più

che l’aggiunta di zucchero

 
Ogni istante

irripetibile

u n i c o

intrasferibile

 
Mi tengo la pienezza

del registro di quel momento,

p e r f e c t t o

che, come tale, non torna più

e se accade,

sebbene simile,

creerà UN ALTRO ricordo

totalmente insostituibile

What does a memory contain?

how much of reality

how much of sensation

how much of experience

how much of illusion

 
and how much chemical hypnosis?
 
This morning I wondered
whether a next cup of coffee

would taste the same

 
What about the emotional charge?
In my view,

it hits harder

than the addition of sugar

 
Each instant

unrepeatable

u n i q u e

untransferable

 
I keep the fullness

of that moment’s imprint,

p e r f e c t

which, as such, does not return

and if it happens,

though similar,

it will create ANOTHER memory

totally irreplaceable
